Back to School Camp

 

 

FCA begins the school year with 2 1/2 days of “Back to School Camp” for both Lower and Upper School. Camp is the primary means by which we are able to cast our vision for community and discipleship to incoming students. It provides a chance for all students to meet their teachers and classmates in a fun and relaxed setting where we play, compete, worship, pray, eat meals, and more. It allows us to make memories and build bonds of trust and mutual respect before entering the academic setting.

 

This amazing week is planned and led by the rising senior class. Seniors work hard with FCA staff to choose themes, activities, spiritual focus, budget, and handle all practical preparations. It is a culminating learning experience for Seniors that far exceeds anything we could teach in a classroom.
